Users may register as 'Sellers' to list used cooking oil (UCO) or as 'Buyers' to acquire UCO for recycling. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Listings and Transactions

Sellers are responsible for ensuring their UCO listings are accurate regarding quantity, type, and location. Buyers are responsible for arranging pickup and ensuring payment if applicable. ONE ECO Loop is a platform to facilitate connections and is not a party to any transaction between users.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose or to post any material that is fraudulent, misleading, or infringes on the rights of others. We reserve the right to remove content and terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Disclaimers

The platform is provided 'as is' without any warranties. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of the items listed or the truth or accuracy of users' content.

6. Limitation of Liability

ONE ECO Loop will not be liable for any damages or losses arising from your use of the platform or from any transaction between users.

7. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new terms on this page. Your continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
